Weight Loss Exercises - Part 1

The weight loss tips you are going to see are great for fat burning and will also boost your body's general fitness. One thing that has been proven to help a lot but most of us just don't see how important it really is, is to carry out these weight loss exercises with a partner or others.

Having a weight loss partner is extremely important for motivation! So get a weight loss partner and get started today with the following tips;

1. Firstly, make a plan to set aside some time, around three to six times a week, for walking. These walks need to be brisk and must be at least 30 minutes each time.

2. If nobody is available to join you, don't worry it's not the end of the world (although it's really important for motivation), just grab your dog or next door's. Hook up your iPod, mp3 player or portable radio inorder to make your weight loss exercises as fun as possible. You will soon find out that they are much easier to carry out and you won't be put off on your next session.

3. Never let the weather stop or discourage your weight loss exercises. Make sure there is always a treadmill, exercise bike or an exercise DVD at your disposable for indoor use.

4. After a week, gradually increase your weight loss exercises by making your walking time longer and try adding jogging into the program. Jogging in between walking will boost your fat burning rate. (Remember keep your heart rate up, it is important!).

5. Sometimes you might just won't feel like walking so another alternative is the use of a bike. Cycling really works out those leg muscles, and will burn off those leg fatty bits you hate.

6. Always take a water bottle with you. Do not get dehydrated during exercise. Drink plenty of water.

7. Never exercise straight after a meal. Always exercise at least 45 minutes after, to let your food digest fully. Exercising on a full stomach can make you sick.

8. Remember high intensity is the key. To burn fat you have to get your heart rate up, this will ensure you are burning the fat not just the calories. A lot of effort is required, as this is not an easy task.

9. Make a plan and stick to it. Be fully aware of your exercise routines, so you will know when you are resting or exercising.
